  Why Robots Still Can't Do the Simple Stuff (and What's Changing)

  Robots can do backflips, run across rough terrain, and navigate warehouses on their own. But ask one to fold a t-shirt or plug in a cable, and it falls apart. After spending time studying robotics, I think this gap is the most interesting problem in the field right now. It's also a little embarrassing for the robots.
